Product Introduction

1. The device consists of 304 stainless steel strand (φ10/1×19), crimping screws, upper and lower fixed supports, anti-sway ring, guide support, and special fixing hardware. All connecting and fixing components undergo hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring a design lifespan equivalent to that of the poles and towers.

2. The fall arrester has a design service life of 5 years, is lightweight and easy to carry, weighing only 0.5 kg. It requires two actions to open during use, and is marked with clear directional arrows on the body to prevent incorrect installation.

3. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the falling distance is short (not exceeding 1.0 m), and the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 10 mm. It features inertia-free locking.

4. The device can be installed and effectively locked on different types of poles and towers and at various positions. It operates normally under conditions such as rain, frost, cold, heat, oil, and dust. It does not lose its locking function during collisions in the event of a fall and can resume normal operation after the locking function is released.
